1. Applicant fills-in the application form on the website;
2. EUROAVIA Pisa will ask the applicant's AS for confirmation;
3. The applicant pays his AS 25% the amount of the application fee as deposit;
4. The applicant's AS sends EUROAVIA Pisa a confirmation;
5. EUROAVIA Pisa confirms the acceptance of the application.

After the end of the event, upon confirmation of EUROAVIA PISA that the applicant participated to the event and fully paid the application fee, the applicant will have his deposit back from his/her AS.

In case the applicant cancels his/her application after the cancellation deadline or does not show up at the event, his/her AS is responsible for paying EUROAVIA Pisa the deposit fee.

Special Rules

Applications coming from PPAS are accepted subject to confirmation from the IB. The IB will be held responsible for any cancellation fee of applicants coming from a PPAS. The IB will also be held responsible for any cancellation fee for its members. Applications are processed on a first-come first-served basis. There are a few exception:

1. Until February 20nd, 24:00 CET only 2 people for each AS/PAS/PPAS and 1 people for each WG are confirmed; any further application will be put on a waiting list. This rule does not apply to members of the International Board and Candidate DIB. The waiting list is ordered on a first-come/first served basis.
2. After this phase, any remaining place will be assigned to people on the waiting list. First one more place for each AS on the waiting list will be assigned, then again from the top of the list if more places are available.
3. Due to gender-separated accomodation, EUROAVIA Pisa reserves the right to assign the last few places available depending on availability.
4. The deadline for a last minute cancellation is on march 20th, 2010 If the applicant cancels her/his participation after that deadline, she/he has to pay 25% of the participation fee (=that is EUR 25.00) .
5. Places that become available before the application deadline due to cancellation are assigned to people on the waiting list; people from AS with less confirmed participants have the priority; between them who has applied first has the priority.
